With the E-Mail Manager, you can manage your entire email inbox directly inside the PrestaShop back office. No more switching between your shop and external mail clients: all customer emails can be read, answered and archived conveniently within the admin area – including HTML layout, attachments and a centralized mail design.

How the E-Mail Manager Works
The E-Mail Manager connects to your email account via IMAP (e.g. info@yourshop.com) and imports new messages directly into the PrestaShop back office. From there you can:
- Search emails by sender, subject or date,
- Read messages in HTML or plain text format,
- Reply directly with your own signature and mail design,
- View and attach files to your replies.
Outgoing emails are sent via your SMTP server, ensuring full control over sender address, deliverability and reputation.
Central Mail Design
A key highlight of the module is the integrated mail design editor:
- Logo integration with configurable maximum width,
- Custom primary and background colors,
- Configurable borders and content backgrounds,
- Footer text with placeholders such as
{year_start}, {year_now}, {shop_name}, {shop_url} and {vat_id},
- Optional automatic VAT ID display in the footer.
All emails sent via the E-Mail Manager use this layout, ensuring a consistent corporate design.
